Access Your Invoices and Purchase History

Need to view or download your past invoices or purchase history? This guide will walk you through the steps to access this information.

 


Accessing Your Account

  • Once you enter a valid email, we will send you an email with a link directly to your customer billing portal.

 


Viewing Your Purchase History

  • Once logged in, look for the "Invoice History" section. This is typically located at the very bottom of the dashboard on the same page you are directed to upon login.
  • In the "Invoice History" section, you can filter by date, and invoice number. You can also search by keywords -  If you have a specific order number or date range in mind, use the search bar to quickly find the relevant information.
  • Next to the invoice, you should see an option to "Download Invoice" or "View Invoice". Click on it to initiate a download or view the invoice fully.
