How can I delete my account with Seigler Technologies?

We're sorry to see you go! But we understand that you may want to delete your account for various reasons. Please note:

  • Pending transactions: If you have any pending transactions on your account, they will need to be resolved before it can be deleted. Please contact customer support for assistance.
  • Data retention: Deleting your account will remove your personal information from our active systems, but some residual data may be retained for legal or security purposes, as required by applicable laws.
  • Content removal: Depending on the services you were using, the content and data you shared or created may not be automatically deleted from your account.
  • Reactivation: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. Make sure you're 100% certain before proceeding.

  • Can I export my data before deleting my account?: All situations are different. Please email [email protected] to discuss exporting your data before it's deleted from our systems.
  • What happens to my invoices/billing account if I decide to delete my account?: We keep payment, invoice, and sales records on file after accounts are deleted. Please contact the billing team if you need access to your billing or sales records after your account is deleted.
  • How long will it take for my account to be deleted?: Please allow us up to 7 business days from your initial request to respond and process your deletion request throughout our systems.
