Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States (the 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
What shipping method is included in free shipping?
Free shipping refers to standard ground shipping with UPS or USPS whichever we choose is a better option. Delivery times can vary, but standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping methods will incur an additional charge, please contact your sales or account manager if you would like expedited shipping on an order.
What about oversized or heavy items?
Some oversized or heavy items may be excluded from free shipping, even if your order total is over $75. These exclusions will usually be noted by your sales or account manager during the quote stage.
