No, you can't install the Sangoma Talk app and configure it with the same account on multiple mobile devices. Sangoma Talk only allows one mobile app to be linked to a single Sangoma (Seigler Technologies) portal user account. If you want to use Sangoma Talk on multiple devices, you can request separate Sangoma (Seigler Technologies) portal user accounts for each device. Each account would need its own extension and app subscription.
