I paid my overdue balance, but my account has not been reactivated

It's not uncommon for accounts to remain deactivated even after settling overdue balances. Here are the most common reasons for delayed reactivation.

 

  • Processing Time: Payments, especially those made outside business hours or on weekends, can take time to process. Allow 24-48 hours for the payment to reflect in your account.
  • Payment Verification: Double-check your payment confirmation email or bank statement to ensure the payment went through successfully. Look for any error messages or pending status indicators.
  • Check the full amount: Did you pay the entire outstanding balance, including any late fees or accrued interest? Sometimes, partial payments won't trigger our systems for reactivation.
  • System processing: There's a chance the system hasn't registered your payment yet. Give our systems up to an hour to process your reactivation request.
