We are writing to follow up on the recent service disruption experienced with CrowdStrike. We understand this interruption may have caused inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption it caused to your business or everyday operations.
We want to assure you that this outage was not the result of a cyberattack on Seigler Technologies. CrowdStrike, our cybersecurity provider, experienced a technical issue that impacted their services which as a result also impacted many of Seigler Technologies services and took many of our systems offline.
We are pleased to report that CrowdStrike's services have been fully restored, and our systems are functioning normally.
We want to reiterate that your data and systems remain secure. Seigler Technologies maintains robust security protocols in place, and there is no evidence to suggest that any unauthorized access occurred during the CrowdStrike outage. We are confident that our systems remain secure and that there is no ongoing threat to your data.
