How long does it take to process my order? Orders typically take 1 business day to process before they ship. Larger orders may take up to 4 business days to prepare and ship. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. As soon as our team packs your order and prints a shipping label, our automated system will email you your tracking information. We designed this system to email you at the exact same time we print the shipping label.

Which shipping carriers do you use? To ensure reliable and secure delivery of your products, we have partnered with trusted carriers, USPS and UPS. USPS and UPS have a proven track record of reliable delivery with Seigler Technologies. We have negotiated special rates with USPS and UPS that are not available with other carriers so we are unable to ship using other carriers unless pre-approved with an account manager or sales associate. Please get in touch with us if you would like to use another carrier.
Where do you ship from? Most of the products we sell ship from our Hillsborough Township, New Jersey facilities.
