Updated last: January 3, 2024 @ 1:33 pm ET

Message from USPS Jan. 3, 2025: The U.S. Postal Service will resume acceptance of mail and packages to Canada starting Monday, Jan. 6, 2025. Canada Post has made significant progress in clearing delayed volumes caused by their employee strike, and now commercial and retail customers, as well as those using online systems, will be able to send mail and packages to Canada once again.

Message from USPS Dec. 23, 2024: Effective Dec. 23, 2024, the Postal Service has been advised by Canada Post that the strike by its employees has ended. USPS suspension of acceptance of mail and packages bound for Canada remains temporarily unchanged as we monitor Canada Post’s progress as they process the volumes that were staged during the strike. We anticipate reopening acceptance of Canada bound volume within the next two weeks and we appreciate our customers patience as we continue to monitor developments in Canada.

Message from Seigler Technologies:

Canada customers: USPS has temporarily suspended service to Canada. We will resume sending orders to Canada via USPS on January 9, 2025. In the meantime, we will be shipping all packages going to Canada addresses from our US facilities via UPS at no extra charge.

We will keep you updated on shipping services to Canada. At this time, this does not affect receiving packages from Seigler Technologies. We want to keep you updated on why you may be receiving shipments via UPS. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your account executive or [email protected].
