Zoiper Restoring In-App Purchases on a New Device

Zoiper relies on your app store account to sync purchases. As long as you use the same account where you made the purchase, the features should automatically unlock on your new device or after you reinstalled your phone OS.

 


Android:

  • Verify Google Play Account: On your new device, make sure you're signed in to the Google Play account you used to make the original Zoiper purchase.
  • Open Google Play: Launch the Google Play application on your Android phone.
  • Access Your Account: Tap the menu icon in the top right corner of the Google Play app. Then, select the account you used to make the Zoiper purchase.
  • Reinstall Zoiper (if needed): If Zoiper is already installed, try restarting the app. If that doesn't work, reinstall Zoiper. With the correct account signed in, your purchases should be restored automatically.

 


iOS:

  • Verify Apple ID: Ensure you're signed in to the App Store on your new device using the same Apple ID you used to make the in-app purchase on Zoiper.
  • Open Zoiper App: After opening Zoiper, go to Settings and select Premium features, then click on the "Restore previous purchases" button.
