Restocking Fee Policy

15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items that meet any of the following criteria:

• The item is opened or used.
• The original packaging is damaged or missing.
• The item is not in its original condition.
• The return falls outside the return window for the product (unless due to a manufacturer defect).

Restocking Fee Calculation:

• The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• The restocking fee is calculated as 15% of the original purchase price of the item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions:

We will waive the restocking fee for certain situations, such as:

• Manufacturer defect
• Incorrect item shipped

Important Notes:

• Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying that it meets the return criteria.
